Sure.
Right after giving the date of birth it can give the date he wishes he was born on.
Date he wishes he was born on can become a movement.
Ah. So is this a good policy for anyone who wishes a difference between what happened at the moment of birth and later identifications?
No.
The date of birth is something known.
The gender identification is not known at birth.
It is like putting adult height on the birth certificate.
Meaningless.
You cannot know what age someone will eventually identify as.
