What makes you think Zimmerman lied about where he parked? That would be an exceptionally stupid and unnecessary lie to tell, because the cops could expose it by just asking where his car is. What's he going to say then? "That's not where I parked it, it must have moved on its own?"And that's why I asked for which path that martin took or probably took. There are 4 or 5 paths that followed with all but one doubling back. And then for the one for not doubling back, we have to ask if that would be consistent with both testimonies.
Let's answer this one. Martin ran to the infamous T-Junction, turned the corner...and then stopped because...Urban Rule #1. Zimmerman ran down Twin Trees (Among the many things he lied about, where he parked), stopped when the dispatch told him to, and then resumed pursuit when he hung up, after telling the dispatch to have the police call him so he could describe where he was.
Ta-Dow!
Also, if he was going down Twin Trees, why leave his truck at all?
