No sane person would do it twice. US Border agents made it quite clear that non-US Citizens were an unwelcome nuisance even back in the '90s when I visited. I had a hotel booking, and an onward plane ticket to London 48 hours later, and they insisted on grilling me about whether I intended to work while I was in the US.![]()
