Dutch man, 69, who 'identifies as 20 years younger' launches legal battle to change age

But you don't design birth certificates, you say "do you want fries with that?"

Should Shawn King's birth certificate list a birth race and a chosen race as two separate items?

Since race is meaningless, the only thing with meaning is racists, it can say anything he wants it to say.

If I had control nobody would be claiming to know the race of anybody else on a government document.

You'd rather say "birth certificates are racist" than answer the question you are ducking.

Should Shawn King's birth certificate list a birth race and a chosen race as two separate items?

You've gotten your answer.

It makes absolutely no difference.

Why are you ducking my question I have asked several times?

What is your agenda?

Are these men the same race?

Should Shawn King's birth certificate list a birth race and a chosen race as two separate items?

You've gotten your answer.

No, you've done nothing but dodge. Unless you think that is somehow an answer.

Saying it does not matter is an answer.

Saying that this invented fiction called race would not be on birth certificates if I had control is an answer.

You just don't like the answers.

I have answered and answered while you have evaded.

Are these men the same race?

How many times will you pretend this question doesn't demand an answer from somebody so obsessed with race for some reason?

Saying it does not matter is an answer.

So you are in favor of doing away with birth certificates and the information on them?

Saying that this invented fiction called race would not be on birth certificates if I had control is an answer.

Not really. It's a dodge. You are afraid to answer my question, because the party hasn't told you the answer yet. That's why you just evade and evade.

Should Shawn King's birth certificate list a birth race and a chosen race as two separate items?

How many times will you pretend this question doesn't demand an answer from somebody as obsessed as you are with race for some reason?

Since you have this dogged fascination with race that is inexplicable I need to know what you mean by race.

Are these men the same race?

How many times will you pretend this question doesn't demand an answer from somebody as obsessed as you are with race for some reason?

The obsession is all yours as anybody can see.

My guess is you will run away before you answer my question.

It is a question that can expose a lot.

Given your race obsession, why can't you answer the question about Shawn King's race?

You'll just repeat your attempted derail instead of answering a simple question.

Should Shawn King's birth certificate list a birth race and a chosen race as two separate items?

Race obsession is demonstrated by constantly bringing up meaningless stories about race.

And it is shown by a refusal to explain what is meant by race by refusing to answer a question.

scan10027.jpg

Are these men the same race?

Hitler would say yes.

American racists say without hesitation "yes".

Those that wonder about this concept called race say how could they possibly be the same race?

It must all depend on what differences you think are important and which you totally ignore.

But even if you think skin color is most important there is a problem with those two men.

Race obsession is demonstrated by constantly bringing up meaningless stories about race.

Look, the privileged white man is implying the Hispanic man is racist.

You should stop bringing up meaningless stories about race and answer the question if you don't like how it demonstrates your race obsession. I asked my question first and I'm not falling for your derail evasion.

Should Shawn King's birth certificate list a birth race and a chosen race as two separate items?

Should Shawn King's birth certificate list a birth race and a chosen race as two separate items?

That is a meaningless story about race.

Dodge.

Something racists drone on and on about.

Dodge

Especially racists who won't define what they mean by race.

You are talking about yourself now during your dodge.

According to the progressive stack, if a white guy calls a brown guy "racist" that is an admission that the white guy is a virulent alt-right racist. Fascism is as collectivist as socialism, you'll fit right in.

I call people that drone on and on about meaningless issues involving race and will not define what they mean by race racists.

An ignorant brown racist if you like.

No. And when they identify as being born on that date they can add that date after the date of birth.

DOB: December 3, 1954.

Date he wishes he was born on: August 4th, 1975.

Nothing wrong with that.

Then we can do that to any and all characteristics later as well.

The date of birth cannot be changed no matter how a person identifies.

But if they want to identity as being born on some other date that date can also be included on the birth certificate.

Under the heading of: Date he wishes he was born on:

You trivialize the power of "identification" by equating it with "a wish".

When you identify as X it means in your mind you are X and it places a burden on other to treat you as X.

To have an official document say someone "wishes they were X, but they are really Y" to someone who thinks "I am X" denies their X-ness and is incredibly X-ophobic and anti-X bigoted.

You trivialize the power of "identification" by equating it with "a wish".

You trivialize real human psychological conditions by claiming they are equivalent to things like somebody wishing they were younger.

Wanting to be younger can only be a wish.

It can never be more.

Like wishing you were taller or wishing you were less obese.

But for a transgender it is a way of life not a worthless wish.

Your hatred and bigotry causes you to draw artificial and irrelevant distinctions.

That is bigotry.

A 60 year old that feels good is a 60 year old that feels good.

They are not a 40 year old in a 60 year old's body.

That 60 year old still has connective tissue that has undergone 60 years of stress. They still have a brain that has undergone 60 years of breakdown and build up of disruptive products.

How one feels says nothing about the age of their connective tissues or nervous system. They are still as close to dementia no matter how they feel.

But the gender one identifies as says a lot about how they will dress and talk and appear.

It is bigotry to say gender identification, a real human state, is a mere wish like wishing one had more friends or wishing to live after death or wishing to be younger.

Are you merely wishing to identify as the gender you identify as? That is if you identify as a specific gender.

Did you decide one day to do it?

Or is it something out of your control?

No, you are the one drawing artificial distinctions. If Bruce Jenner says xir wants to identify as a woman I do not ask for a psychological report that confirms xir thinks xir is a woman (unless I a transophobic bigot), I accept xir is a woman. Xis identifying as a woman is sufficient to make it so. Similarly, if Emile Ratelband says xir wants to identify as a 49 year old, I accept xir is a 49 year old (unless I am a transageophobic bigot)

You equate real psychological conditions with mere wishes.

...If Bruce Jenner says xir wants to identify as a woman....

That's not how it works. It's how bigots say it works.

What is said by the transgender is they ARE a certain gender.

Just like you say it.

You do not say you want to identify as a woman. You say you are a woman.

All wanting to be younger could ever be is a wish.
