Revisiting my Marshall Crenshaw cds this week. Gorgeous stuff, especially his debut album, but he wrote immaculate pop, skiffle, and rock ballad tunes in the years since. Also a tasteful guitarist who mastered the riffs in rockabilly and mid-career Beatles music. Everyone should own the first album.
