Here's my question:

Is drinking water good for skin health?

Yes, drinking di-hydrogen monoxide is very good. Without it you will die and your skin will start decomposing and you will not look good at all.

Just watch out for the hydroxilic acid that's sometimes sold as dihydrogen monoxide.

Compared to what?

I figured that was going to be a response. I suppose to ask if things are rotating within the universe, like a galaxy rotates.

Yeah, no.

Magnetic North might well have shifted that far - or further - depending on his location on the surface of the Earth.
