St. Louis and South Carolina likely have lots of African Americans.

St. Louis was just outside the path. Southern and western suburbs would have been in. Ferguson was slighted!

So, black people can't get off the couch and walk/bus/bike/drive a few miles south? Is that what you're saying? The people of St. Louis were a hell of a lot closer than I was to the path of totality.
