Okay, I'll start.

Maybe wearing a mask causes everyone else who can easily wear a mask but doesn't when they should to become paranoid morons.

Hey, you were supposed to copy my post here!

"Maybe masks are causing Alzheimer's, and Alzheimer's is causing red State deaths to be forgotten before they can be reported."

Maybe wearing a mask...

...filters out all the freedom molecules floating around in American air.

...is too reminiscent of the nights spent with Mistress Maxine/ Master Marco you don't want anyone to know about.

...does exactly what it is supposed to do, which is the worst fucking thing of all because then you might have to admit medical science and government mandates were at least 13% right about something.

You try to imply I'm unscientific, while you believe there are "freedom molecules" in the air you need to be protected from.

I am just playing the game set up in the OP, which I assume follows the pattern of making up amusing/ critical commentary regarding wearing (or refusing to wear) masks.

I wear a mask, but I'm not shrill about it, and I haven't personally seen any shrill behavior over it. I look at non-wearers (if we are in a public space) the same way I look at smokers (no matter where they are.) "Seriously? You're willing to risk your health to that extent?" (spoken to self only.)
Now, if I were a Trump supporter, I think I'd be wearing a mask 24/7, but I'd have done that since '16. Entirely different rationale.

I rarely have criticism for people risking their own health. It's their body to do with as they will. My issue with ignoring covid-19 or smoking around others is the potential impact on the health of others. To my understanding, the mask I wear offers better protection to others than it does to me. When people take no measures whatsoever to reduce risk factors, and then get all up in my face then fuck those fucking fucks.

Personally, I am not concerned about dying from covid-19. I don't want to transmit it to my loved ones. And I don't want to live with chronic and potentially severe health complications. Also, I'd rather avoid the suffering leading up to death if possible.

The problem is, most people are infected with a disease called "politics".

People with this affliction actually think wearing a mask or not wearing a mask is a political decision. Some people have other opinions on their health and their risk, but to someone infected by politics it is a political statement.

Those who are infected by politics think that if someone does or doesn't wear a mask they are showing support for some politician or another.

Here is a news story about someone with a severe case of political disease.

If you are infected by politics seek treatment immediately. It is a very virulent infection that metastasizes quickly and infects all other areas of your life.

Masks worn by the sick protect the healthy.
Masks worn by the healthy protect the Karens.

0.1% of community spread by people that knew they had Covid-19.

And they, in turn, are a minority of the population as a whole.
Libertarianism... providing unreal and unworkable solutions to real world problems for decades.

Libertarian: Masks worn by the sick protect the healthy.
Person A: But most of the people that are infected and spreading don't know they are infected and spreading.
Libertarian: Liberty!!!

Stay tuned for tomorrow's adventure!

Libertarian: Only people that are going to be in car accidents should wear seatbelts...

Masks worn by the sick protect the healthy.
Masks worn by the healthy protect the Karens.

Masks worn by the pre-symptomatic protect the healthy.
Masks worn by the sick protect the caregivers.
Masks worn by the healthy don't protect anyone. Too bad we don't know who they are.
