1.The motive - Even the official explanation is lacking so far. Nothing about that part makes sense.

he was a rich white guy.. so it doesn't seem to make "sense"... if it was a poor black guy, or a religious Muslim, would it then make more "sense" to you? I put "sense" in quotes as a placeholder for the correct term, "stereotypical".

			2. The supposed income of the shooter as a "professional gambler" - Who else do you know who can make a long term living beating Las Vegas casino's day after day?

who ELSE? You knew that guy?? I don't know any professional gamblers (I know a few hobbyists that do very well, but not their primary source of income).
Ron Harris - Programmer turned professional gambler after learning about software flaws in certain gambling machines
Gonzalo Garcia-Pelayo - failed movie producer turned professional gambler after figuring out how to beat Roulette.
Dominic LoRiggio - professional blackjack player and dice thrower... he could throw the same roll a few times in a row with physical skills
Keith Taft - professional gambler that invented a toe-operated card-counting machine
Ida Summers (the Vegas Vixin) - used her looks to distract and possessed some fancy card handling skills (mucking) to manipulate a poker table
Tommy Carmichael - invented the monkey paw to steal money from slot machines (pre-microprocessor)
Louis Colavecchio - forged coins for slots
...
and lets not forget the famous "21 team" from MIT. Math and statistics geniuses that made over 3 million dollars counting cards in blackjack.

			3. The bump stocks - Why not just get real automatic weapons if you have the kind of resources the shooter had?

he didn't need them. Why break the law and risk getting caught when you can do the same thing legally with bump stocks? He was firing at "fish in a barrel".. the inaccuracy of the modded guns he used was irrelevant when you don't care which person in a group you hit.

			4. Why does no one talk about all the security camera's that are standard equipment in a casino? Why do we not get to see any of this Mandalay video that would put everything to bed already?

This did not occur in the casino. It occurred WAY above the casino in a guest room. You think hotels in Vegas have cameras in the rooms and all of the hallways? You think that even if they do, they have 1,000 guards watching the live feed from every corner of the facility?

			5. Why do we start obsessing about gun control before we even know for sure ISIS was not involved. Before even a rational "official explanation and timeline is offered"?

because a) we DO know it was not "ISIS". and b) we DO know he legally bought all of the guns.. Knowing this, you think gun control is not the answer for the "out of control" amount and nature of guns he owned?

I don't think any of us will ever know what happened. Its looking more and more like another JFK dog and pony show all over again.

We KNOW what happened. We may never know WHY it happened. I suppose if everything went precisely the same way as it did, except the shooter was a Muslim, then you might feel like you know EXACTLY what happened.... and that is shameful.
