FIVE AMERICANS WHO ARE STANDING AGAINST RADICAL ISLAM

Already dealt with. Flimsy guilt by association argument, built off of even flimsier evidence with little to no substance.

It isn't established beyond a shadow of doubt but it is by weight of evidence.

No it's not. You've got your thumb on the scale, because you clearly decided that both groups were MB fronts long ago, based primarily on the "analysis" of the junk sources you've been reaching for, not the facts.

Have you applied the same standard of proof for the Clarion Project?

Yes. The Clarion Project actively engages in the dissemination of Islamophobic propaganda, is funded by known Islamophobes and has board members who openly believe insane, conspiratorial shit and make virtually no effort to hide their disdain for Muslims as a group. Hence, my characterization of them as a loony bin with no credibility is accurate and borne out by the evidence. Your characterization of two prominent American Muslim groups as Muslim Brotherhood fronts is not borne out by the evidence.

By definition, a Chapter is a branch of an organisation. This hasn't been dealt with as such. CAIR was founded by the IAP which was a branch of the Muslim Brotherhood. Their own news media mentioned this.

You mentioned that the Clarion project is Islamophobic but didn't say how. The Honour Diaries show atrocities committed by Radicals and is produced by Muslims. Even CAIR did not dispute the content.

There are two against the CAIR representative but I think shooting the messenger rather than the message is an error.

It is kind of weird seeing people explicitly admit that they are doing that, as the lady in that first vid you posted does. Adhom is all this is? They seek to discredit not because of anything said but because of who says it?

Fox News was biased but this was Adhom. It's Malcom X who said, 'The Truth's the truth no matter who says it.'

Exactly. And sometimes the only way you will hear something, a different perspective or insight you'd not have thought of, is from listening to those you feel are biased against your own interests. It is for that reason that I enjoy listening to people who hold polar opposite views to my own, so long as the conversation can be civil and we can speak with each other respectfully and hear each other out. I enjoy Dave Rubin's show (Rubin Report) for that reason, though I think he's gone a little too far with his guests on the right and needs to invite on a few far left social justice regressives if he can get them on.

You can't rely on a biased source for information without corroboration.

Well I'm talking about facts. You can't rely on a source with a known agenda as your primary source for an independent factual matter. To be fair, I haven't watched any of these videos or documents, so don't know how much that applies here.

Yes it has. Your evidence was flimsy, sourced overwhelmingly from garbage sources - since you can't find any credible ones. The bulk of their accusations were not proven in court, and at most demonstrate an indirect link between some individual members and the MB, for the purpose of raising money for Hamas rather than promoting ideology. This doesn't rise to the level of proving that CAIR is a "front" for the Brotherhood, regardless of how long you continue to assert that it does. And CAIR was only one of two groups you smeared. You have nothing of any relevance about the other.

You mentioned that the Clarion project is Islamophobic but didn't say how.

Yes, I did. Multiple times. But you weren't listening, because you have no interest in listening, only preaching. And I'm done repeating myself.

Yep. Any criticism or disagreement of Islam is Islamophobic. And those with that mentality I automatically disregard.

Even Muslim reformists can be called Islamophobic.

I think it time that people took on that word. It isn't a bad thing to be concerned about Islam, Christianity, or any other intrusive messed up religion and religious agenda.

We do need to keep it clear that not all Muslims are the same, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't criticize and judge Islam itself negatively. It isn't like even the most milktoast version of it has much to call positive.

Use 'anti-Muslim bigotry' instead.

The only people who are so offended by the word are those like Penguin for whom it hits too close to home.

He admits he hates Islam. What evidence is there he is anti-Muslim bigot?

His habit of painting fanatical zeal and dogma as the default mindset of Muslims, with any exceptions being outliers, and his repeated suggestions that Muslims can't coexist with the rest of us the way Jews and Christians can.

This and others. Search for posts by me with his name in them and it'll all be there.

Notably, within the last few months I shot his argument to pieces by linking to Pew research showing that American Muslims identify as no more or less religious on average than Christians and view their religious and national identities as completely compatible.

His response was that they are all liars engaging in stealth jihad, biding their time until they have the numbers to spring Sharia on us all. He is not a serious or honest commentator on these issues.

Warpoet has had a hard on for me for a while now. Say anything negative about Islam and he'll have one for you too. He'll even make things up to put words in your mouth. And he can be summoned anytime you say anything remotely about Islam in any thread. Its actually pretty amazing.
