So, I'm going to say it's not sleezy for adults to have sex with people who look, act, and/or dress like children, assuming those people are adults with meaningful choices of other things to do with their time for money.

When those people lack meaningful choices over what to do with their time for money, it is among the most sleezy of sleezy things they can do.

Pretty much any use of leverage to get anyone to do anything when they have a lack of meaningful choices over what to do with their time for money is sleazy.

Doing so while wishing they actually were a child, and wishing for an opportunity to do so, that IS the sleaziest thing you can do short of actually looking at CSAM or molesting a child.

But JUST looking at porn that's like that, especially with the gladness that those who made or participated in it wanted to and were of age and capable of consenting to it? Honestly, I find it sleazy when people denigrate that.

This firmly puts any activity of booking such a sex worker in the US strongly in "sleaze" territory.
