Unfortunately, many men opt out of fatherhood despite the fact that they helped create another human being. Many men find all sorts of excuses for why it is not convenient or fair for them to give up any portion of their life in order to ensure that their biological progeny get the best possible start that they can provide. Men will claim that they were tricked but honestly? The actual cause of 100% of unintended pregnancies is a man who refused to use effective birth control.

Believe it or not, most women would prefer to have a good, loving, responsible partner to help them raise their children. Even if that person isn't their spouse or their romantic/sexual partner. Being a single parent is harder than you can possibly imagine, even if you have a good job and a good income. I know plenty of women who struggle mightily under the burden and the burden of trying to keep the father somewhat at least emotionally involved with his child(ren) while shouldering 100% of the financial and emotional and time commitment and career impacting burdens that rearing the child of a man who simply opts out of even showing up for visitation or birthdays.

Believe it or not, a lot of men strongly encourage and sometimes force women to have abortions because they don't want the responsibility of chipping in anything at all in order to raise a kid.

Yes, fathers are important and thankfully many men eagerly raise their children, sometimes under difficult circumstances and sometimes without contributions from the mom.

One of the worst things that have happened in our society is to make receiving welfare conditional on there being no father in the household. That drove a lot of men away from their families when they couldn't find sufficient work to support them.

So, in sum, it's a myth about deadbeat black dads. The real problem is the fact that the overwhelming majority of the "missing" young fathers have either died prematurely or been incarcerated and then the primary reason for being incarcerated disproportionately is for using drugs at the same rates as whites, only when a white kid smokes a joint, nothing much happens to him, whereas if a black kid smokes the same joint, prison six times more often than a white kid doing the exact same thing.

Your post reminded me of something. Two nights ago, the neighbors who some of us refer to as "the rednecks" were outside around 10PM cutting limbs off of a tree in their front yard with a chain saw. These same people. have pick up trucks that are so loud, that I can hear them inside my house, even with the windows closed I think I'd rather hear a dance party in the street than a chain saw. I live within the city limits of a small city, pretty much a suburban atmosphere. I have lots of black neighbors but they aren't the problem on my street. It's the rednecks who make a lot of noise. Before they moved in, the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful.

One more thing....if you live in a big city, it's usually noisy, regardless of what's going on. I remember once visiting a large northern city with my parents, when I was a child. There was constant noise from traffic, horns, trucks, neighbors etc. As a child who lived in the suburbs, I found this interesting, and even exciting. If you don't want to live around noise, then don't live in a large city. New York City is always loud regardless of the neighborhood. I grew up less then ten miles from the city. It was extremely noisy whenever we visited. I think people get use to city noises and aren't bothered by them. I once lived in an exurban area. I hated it. I felt so isolated, and some of my rural neighbors made me feel uncomfortable. It's all what you're used to being around.

Again, I have no idea what this has to do with politics. What do late night street parties have to do with politics? Just sayin'.

And there exists cultures where it seems to be perfectly ok to walk down the middle of the street at 2 am. I work at a steel mill located in a very poor neighborhood but live in a very upscale neighborhood. And during my daily commutes, it is actually easier to miss stray deer in the street (in my neighborhood) than it is to miss jay walkers crossing the streets (by the steel mill). They are usually black people dressed in black, seeming not care one bit whether they might get hit by a car. I've had some close calls scaring the crap out of me. And close calls with hitting deer too but at least the deer seem to care about not wanting to be run down. The jay walkers seem to act like it is their road and the cars are not supposed to be there.

it pains me to say this, but if blacks became the majority in America, every street and town would look like the video. There's a reason people point to all the African countries as evidence they aren't very good at getting things done.

As I pointed out in another thread, nobody has a problem admitting some dogs are more violent than others and some dogs are dumber than others. But for some reason, they hate applying this logic to humans.

I know I blame blacks for my problems and it manifests in my hatred of their culture. Their music says it all. And every white person I know blames and resents blacks. So I wouldn't agree. It is less of a race issue for me. My disdain is way past race at this point. And a lot of rednecks don't particularly hate blacks just for being black.

Blacks doing nigger shit and good ol boys doing nigger shit level out evenly, in threat and stupidness. I've seen rural poor, inner city poor and suburban poor as time goes on. Nigger attitudes non stop, everywhere you look. Poverty is the problem no matter how you want to look at it, but my point is the mind state that makes people act like niggers, which keeps them poor. What factors are there, besides poverty and no access to education? Entertainment comes to mind. Entertainment is a kind educator and parent. It is driven by artificial intelligence with a tendency to poke, prod and rape. Just a bad situation forming there.
