I think it's practically certain that alien life of some form exists elsewhere in the universe.
However, such life is most likely to be equivalent to single celled organisms or very primitive life.
I think multicellular life, that would be similar to plants or animals, would be much rarer.
And intelligent life far rarer still.
And life that is able to travel between the stars even rarer still.
And it's practically impossible that such life forms have come to Earth and done experiments on people.
