Define God

Great apes: humans, orangutans, gorillas, chimpanzees and bonobos.
Unlike the apes, mankind has reason, the ability to reflect upon himself and all other forms of being and situate them in the context of the unity of the whole of existence. To abdicate from reason means to denigrate other forms of being to the point of exterminating them.
Man is an ape.

And the irony is that our so-called reason is precisely what is destroying the world. It ain’t gorillas who are causing global warming and mass extinction.

The flight from reason is distinctly anti-philosophical.

Mankind's power coupled with his narrow egoism is what is causing global warming and mass extinction. The only solution is through reason.

The idea that humans are the “endpoint” of evolution is just so laughably stupid.

Evolution had no endpoint because it is an undirected process. It has no goal so there can be no endpoint.

This is just Aristotle’s scala naturae, long discredited.

The universal conclusion of philosophy is that reason is the ultimate goal of existence, and it is man who possesses the property of reason.

“Reason” is precisely what is causing global warming and mass extinction,
It is the flight from reason that is causing the problem. Egoism, selfishness, greed, indifference to suffering, indifference to the well-being of the whole: this is the flight from reason.

Philosophy has no universal conclusion. It is a series of never-ending questions.

Like science, philosophy starts with questions and ends with answers. To reject the answers of philosophy is part of the flight from reason.

Reason is the restraint of ego, self, and material desire. It is activity for the betterment of all forms of being.

It’s a shame that, in practice, reason has often served ego and material ambition. Otherwise, I’d be inclined to agree with you.

Mankind has reasoned its way into global warming catastrophe and mass extinctions,

There may be more questions of detail, but the essential structure of both scientific and philosophic knowledge is well-established. The only really important area of philosophic-scientific inquiry that remains is precisely the question of mankind's flight from reason.

Mankind is the endpoint of evolution
Evolution isn't the kind of thing that has an endpoint. You are making a category error.

All species not yet extinct are in a dead heat for the award of "most evolved species", and that is, was, and will be true at any point in time.

If you don't understand what evolution is, or how it works, there are tons of resources available to assist you. Or you could advertise your abject ignorance and look like a clown - that's your choice.

In rejecting reason, man tries to revert to an animal state. He is not, however, an animal, and in trying to become one, he destroys himself.
In rejecting flight, the ostrich tries to revert to a bird state. It is not, however, a bird, and in trying to become one, it destroys itself.

Reason is a thing some humans do, just as flight is a thing some birds do. It ain't special, and it don't make humans non-animals.

Suddenly, the claim seems more "incoherent and absurd" than the "profound and wise" it seems to have been going for.
