When Hillary was at 70% Bernie was at about 18.

Clinton started with 70%, ended with 73.6% / Sanders started with 18%, finished with 26%.

Dude, you are in denial. South Carolina was a lost cause. And now Sanders is 'struggling' to get a lead in the most liberal states, Minnesota and Massachusetts. If he can't do it there, where can he? New Hampshire and Vermont don't count. Sanders is doing much better than ever expected, but he isn't coming anywhere close to winning this nomination.

I just went out to Vote. For Bernie of course. One oddity that I noticed. In all the forest of campaign signs, there were no signs for the presidential cantidates. No signs for Bernie, Clinton, Trump, Cruz or Rubio. Most signs were for candidates for local races, and in the Latino community, most of the candidates names on these signs were Latinos running for office. In this area of Eastern Houston, its obvious the demographics are far different than they were during the Reagan era.

And the damned grackles are back. Birds that come in in vast numbers and shit on everything. Kind of fitting for this election cycle.

I saw an interview of Hillary Clinton last night and Tavis Smiley pretty well gave her the harshest interview I have seen her take. When it was all over, she was left with nothing left but "Vote for me. I'm not influenced by all the money I have taken and I'm not a Republican." In my estimation, Trump could and probably will take her in an election if she gets the nomination. She has abandoned the base of the Democratic party in favor of Wall Street money. Tavis did a great job on her and I am amazed a WalMart man had the guts to play hardball with her and yet end the interview with a smile.

I'm in rural Colorado, redneck territory. Went to the caucus last night... there were an astonishing number of people there. My tiny precinct had 35 people show up. 28 of them were for Bernie and 7 for Hillary. Three delegates were assigned to our precinct. So... because of the way the rules are writ, Bernie, with four times Hillary's votes, got 2 and Hill got 1. Not only is campaign finance system corrupt, the delegate system itself is fucked up.
But it was encouraging that even here, Bernie's message is resonating. He won't get the nomination, barring a miracle, but he will definitely put some marks on the landscape of the Democrat mainstream.

I live up in Corsicana and I noticed the same thing. I voted at a Baptist Church about four blocks from my house and noticed all the election signage was for local or state offices.

Like you I voted for Senator Sanders.
