2020 Election Results

Trump at the National Prayer Breakfast: "They rigged the second election. I had to win it. I had to win it. I needed it for my own ego. I would've had a bad ego for the rest of my life. Now I really have a big ego. Beating these lunatics was incredible ... the first time they said I didn't win the popular vote. I did."

No argument from me that Trump has big ego.

So did the FBI lie to the judge to get the search warrant to take election material from Fulton Country?

Officials in Fulton County, Georgia, accused the Justice Department of making “serious” omissions in the application the FBI filed to obtain a search warrant for 2020 election ballots last month.

...

Kurt Olsen, a 2020 election denier now serving in the White House who made the referral that launched the criminal probe, has been sanctioned by multiple courts, the new Fulton County filing noted. The county also argued that other witnesses the affidavit cited lacked election administration expertise or reached conclusions based on speculation.

...

The seizure of the election materials last month came as President Donald Trump has remained fixated on the false idea that the 2020 vote was rigged against him. A federal judge will hold a hearing next week on the county’s request that those materials be returned.

...

Fulton County responded to those allegations Tuesday with a declaration from Ryan Macias, an election technology and security expert who has worked on thousands of elections.

He said the FBI’s affidavit was full of “gross mischaracterizations of the facts of how elections work and are directly at odds with the findings and conclusions of all of the prior investigations of the November 2020 election in Fulton County.”

BARTIROMO: Do you have anything to tell us about the 2020 election being rigged against President Trump?

KASH PATEL: Absolutely. I am never going to let this go. They tried to rig the entire system. That's something I'm not going to allow. We are going to be making arrests. It's coming. I promise you it's coming soon.

When President Donald Trump addressed the nation on Thursday, he wanted the world to believe that China stole the 2020 election from him. Instead, he dropped fresh evidence that Russian President Vladimir Putin had worked to hand it to him.

Among the newly declassified intelligence documents Trump released Thursday are assessments that the Russian president and senior Russian officials directed proxy efforts to spread allegations about Joe Biden and Burisma, the Ukrainian gas company where Hunter Biden was a board director, orchestrate a corruption scandal against the Democratic nominee, and “ensure the President’s victory,” a reference to Trump, who was the incumbent at the time.

Not at all surprised. Thank dog that the Trump administration is incompetent.

Putin

Last night Donald Trump released a declassified document that says his own intelligence community identified Putin as personally running an operation to defeat my father in 2020, built around a fake Burisma corruption scandal centered around me and executed through prominent Americans.

Trump tasked his personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, to fly to Kyiv and meet a known Russian agent.

The Americans who ran, laundered, and legitimized the operation:

Donald Trump. Rudy Giuliani. John Solomon. Joe DiGenova. Victoria Toensing. Lev Parnas. Igor Fruman. Chanel Rion. Sean Hannity. Steve Bannon. Miranda Devine. Ken Vogel. Ron Johnson. Chuck Grassley. James Comer. Jim Jordan.

To name a few.

An operation formally sanctioned by Trump's own Treasury Department on September 10, 2020, and expanded to include more named actors on January 11, 2021.

Oh, and don't forget the Russian-linked FBI informant Alexander Smirnov, who later pleaded guilty to making the entire Burisma bribery story up.

The record exists and we have all the receipts, and more.

A minor nitpick that really doesn't change what Hunter Biden wrote, but Miranda Devine is Australian. She is a very well known bought and paid for Murdoch drone.

Well this is interesting:

Sorry About That Whole 2000 Mules Thing

Dinesh D’Souza’s movie that sought to prove former President Donald Trump’s fantasy that the 2020 election was stolen from him by widespread fraud has been debunked time and time again. Now, years after its release, its executive producer is retracting the film entirely.

Following the 2020 election, D’Souza released 2000 Mules as an attempt to justify Trump’s loss to President Joe Biden. Trump famously held a screening of the movie at his Mar-a-Lago estate and MAGA supporters promoted the film during it’s release in May 2022.

The film was produced by Salem Media Group, a conservative radio juggernaut that airs the likes of Sebastian Gorka and Charlie Kirk.

In a new statement, Salem apologized for the film and said it would cease distributing it. The move came after a man featured in the movie sued Salem for defamation.

Salem admitting it was all a fraud and pulling the film is like Amazon admitting that their warehouse employees and delivery drivers were being treated like shit, and publicly apologizing to them.

Conservative filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza has reached an undisclosed settlement with a Georgia man who accused him of defamation in the 2022 documentary 2000 Mules, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

The agreement, struck just before a federal trial was set to begin in Atlanta, brings an end to a years-long legal battle over false claims of widespread voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election.

The Source of the Dispute

The lawsuit was filed in October 2022 by Mark Andrews, a voter from Lawrenceville, Georgia.

Andrews became a central figure in 2000 Mules, a film that claimed to expose a coordinated network of illegal “ballot mules” delivering fraudulent votes to drop boxes.

The documentary featured security camera footage of Andrews placing five ballots into a drop box. During the clip, D’Souza’s voiceover stated, “What you are seeing is a crime. These are fraudulent votes.”

However, a subsequent investigation by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the Secretary of State’s office found that Andrews was acting completely within the law. He was legally depositing ballots for himself, his wife, and their three adult children.

A Campaign of Intimidation

According to court filings, the film’s false portrayal led to severe consequences for Andrews and his family.

The lawsuit, which was backed by the nonpartisan legal group Protect Democracy, alleged defamation and voter intimidation under the Ku Klux Klan Act.

Andrews contended that the film turned his family’s life upside down. He reported receiving threats of violence, being followed by strangers, and living in constant fear for his family’s safety.
