These tests are a fucking joke. Who validated them? Many fully cognizant people, at any age, and many demented would fail them, and some who, demented or not, pass them but who validated them? On the base of what studies?
I do not like DJ Trump, and think that he is mentally failing., But this test does not prove or disprove his mental acuity, or lack of it. This test is used, valid or not, for doctors and hospitals to use or not use to override or not override a patient's decisions to accept or reject treatment. I am amazed that my late wife, in great pain, managed to pass them. At 84, I might fail them. Does that mean my judgment can now be over-ridden by any and all that wish to do so?
