Imagine a mainstream supermarket or soft drink producer im Germany, Austria, or France starting to print a "certified to be halal" on products are halal by default, like bottled water chips, tuna or instant coffee. Ie not changing the product in any way, just kind of signaling to potential Muslim buyers "yes, you can buy this; we're already asked your imam for you".

You can almost smell the outrage from the self declared defenders of western civilisation, about how this is the beginning of the end and a blatant case of subordination, and about how no other culture except the west would ever step to such lows.

They're wrong. Simply factually wrong. Thailand had round about six percent muslims, less than France but more than Germany, and they have halal certifications on almost everything, and no one shoots their pants:

Drinking water, fried clams, instant coffee, tuna. Soft drinks, energy drinks, canned fruit. Local companies and local branches of international corporations alike, of anything the former more consistently.

I'm aware of at least three Muslim groups in Asia facing immediate threat of genocide from their neighbors...

What about "Kosher for Passover" markings on food products? Do we have a problem with those too?

You see the same thing here--lots of things marked "gluten free" on products that are inherently gluten free.
