Anyone have any decent Chinese bean thread recipes?

I uh, bought Chinese bean thread "glass" noodles as a substitute for something else, then I was able to find the something else, so now I have this embarrassing abundance of Chinese bean thread noodles and not much idea what I'm going to do with them other than make a lot of random stir fry for a while.

Anyone have recipes or suggestions?

I vastly overestimated how much dashi I was going to need for Thanksgiving. I forsee a lot of bean thread soup in my future.
