Remember To Catch a Predator? That nostalgic time in the mid-aughts when middle-aged, dopey, mostly unemployed guys attempted to groom 13 year-olds for sex in AOL chat rooms? It was like watching an execution as these guys' lives were forever changed in an instant on national television.







It became a meme.

It's part of the culture. Yet, some guys still walk 500 miles to a sting house believing that a 13 year-old wants to satisfy their sexual fantasies.

Teacher among 12 arrested in Ohio online child sex sting

The suspects are all accused of having sexually-explicit online conversations with undercover officers posing as children. Investigators said the suspects traveled to a vacant home in Mahoning County with the intent to engage in a sexual encounter with a minor.

It is fascinating that grown men could convince themselves that the supposed sexually interested 13 year-old online is not a cop. Real 13 year-olds likely think anyone over the age of 18 is gross.

This is true but done very real 13 year olds have become accustomed to being sexually used/abused by adults. Sadly some make their living in this way, but mostly they make a very good living for some other guy.
