Trump's Appointments

Breaking News: Kristi Noem's husband is a cross dresser with a boob fetish.

Huh. I always figured her husband was a Republican.
Just because he is a boob doesn't automatically mean he is a Democrat.
True. But men who dress and act like women are icons of the Democrat party. I assume he will be embraced and welcomed. ;)
I don't know. Conservatives like Monty Python and The Kids in the Hall, don't they?

What Democrats might find objectionable is the once again, arguments against 'perversion' by people who partake or are adjacent to it. It is a damn cliche!

More Hagsbreath corruption. I posted earlier that Hagsbreath has illegally removed two black men and two women from the promotion list from Colonel to General in a promotions list.

Now Hagsbreath has fired the general who tried to resist Hagsbreaths illegal deletions.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth fired Gen. Randy George, the Army’s chief of staff, on Thursday, a move that reflects growing hostility between Mr. Hegseth and the Army’s leadership, military officials said.

...

Mr. Hegseth had been pressing Mr. Driscoll and General George for months to remove the officers from the promotion list. But Mr. Driscoll and General George refused, citing the officers’ long records of exemplary service.

Two weeks ago, General George asked Mr. Hegseth to meet with him to discuss the removal of the four officers from the one-star list, as well as the general’s view that Mr. Hegseth was interfering unnecessarily in Army personnel decisions overall, the officials said. Mr. Hegseth refused to meet with General George about the matter, they said.

...

General George also had a close relationship with Lloyd J. Austin III, Mr. Hegseth’s predecessor and a former Army four-star general.

I know a lot of Democrats and only a few are men who dress and act like women, which is to say, not all Democrats. Poor Mr. Noem is not being called out because he likes to cosplay Dolly Parton. He's being called out because he stood behind Kristie and her MAGA cohort while they declared cross dressers to be a clear and present danger to our children. He couldn't even manage a weak "not all Bimbofyers". He is just like all the other Republicans who were gungho in the battle against elite pedophiles until they discovered their favorite President was an elite pedophile. Suddenly they've put their pitchforks back in the shed and doused all the torches.

There is one issue on which almost all Democrats agree on and that is Kink Shaming is a bad thing and we shouldn't indulge in it. I consider myself a man of the world, or at least the darker parts of it, and I've never heard of Noem's particular kink, which has been revealed to be a subset cross dressing. It seems to be something like Furries(google it, if you need to), where men, and I suppose women as well, dress up like female animals for sexual pleasure. If everyone is a consenting adult, in dog years or whatever species, no one needs to be concerned. For every Furry who has invested in a cat suit, there's a thousand who just want to watch from the privacy of their monitor. This was Noem's downfall. He just wanted to be one of the bimbos, so he bought some kit. It would take incredible self discipline to refrain from sharing with an appreciative audience.

Just to keep this post on topic, I need to mention Kristie, would is reported to be "devastated", which no one believes. She has known about Byron's little secret life and took it as a license to have her own little secret life. Most people would consider it devastating to be asked at a Congressional hearing and be asked, "Are you fucking Corey Lewandoski?" That didn't phase her one bit and it's probably because she was happy the real perversions in her personal life were still secret.

But is it true?

Many here consider the Daily Mail to be a purveyor of lies and untruths. Why should this article be considered anything different?

Maybe the story is untrue. Maybe it is not. Doesn’t seem implausible.

I find the story mildly amusing and interesting but less interesting than your reaction.

There is no law against cross dressing.
Sure there is. Loads of jurisdictions have such laws; Try cross dressing in Tehran, Dubai, or Riyadh if you don't believe me.

I wouldn't expect it to be constitutional, but I would also be surprised if there are no polities anywhere in the USA that have laws prohibiting cross dressing on the books.

Certainly there are places in the US where cross dressing would attract unwanted police attention (these places are likely also places where you can attract such unconstitutional police attention for 'being black with intent').

Personally, I don't give a flying fuck what kinks anyone has, but feel that 'associating with the Trump gang' should probably be a RICO violation and a crime.

That people would rather read about a person's kinks, than about their involvement with the treasonous hijacking of an entire nation for the personal enrichment of a small gang of crooks, is a sad indictment on humanity.

There is no source I can cite that you can’t question.

LMGTFY
I can see that could be a problem.
Problem? What problem?
I was referring to your statement about no source that cannot be questioned.
There is no law against cross dressing. Sure it;s weird, but there's no law against weird either.
In fact the American electorate has gone all-in on weird.
Electorates everywhere seem to be going all-in on weird.

There are remnants of 19th and 20th century US “masquerade” laws still on the books, but where they’ve been litigated they’ve been stricken as unconstitutional.

Ricky Buria, Hegseth's chief of staff, started spreading the rumor in early 2025 and created a story that he and Hegseth had evaded the secretary's security detail while at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Pentagon City, the outlet reported.

"There’s no proof that the great escape actually happened, but the tale has reverberated within the administration and stoked continued frustration with Buria’s powerful role leading US military policy," according to The Post.
